We are now expanding our presence in Dubai and looking for a driven Sales Project Manager to lead this growth.

The Role

As a Sales Project Manager at VOLTS, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in Dubai.

You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation, closing, and post-sale project coordination.

This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in both independent and team settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for VOLTS energy storage solutions in the Dubai market
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively explore untapped market segments
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals; negotiate terms and close deals effectively
  • Handle objections professionally and convert hesitations into commitments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery after sale
  • Represent VOLTS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Contribute strategic ideas to refine sales processes and accelerate company growth

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential — you will communicate with international clients daily
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management roles
  • B2C sales experience is a strong advantage — understanding end-consumer mindset is key
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong objection-handling abilities — you see 'no' as an opportunity to educate
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
