We are committed to delivering a seamless experience for our clients and ensuring every transaction reaches completion efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

We are seeking an experienced **Sales Progression Coordinator** to take ownership of every transaction from signed Form F (MOU) through to successful Dubai Land Department (DLD) transfer completion.

This is a critical revenue-protection role.

Once a deal is agreed, you become the driving force behind its successful completion, coordinating buyers, sellers, agents, developers, banks, mortgage brokers, and trustee offices to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not an entry-level position.

Applicants must have hands-on experience managing UAE real estate transactions and a strong understanding of the Dubai property transfer process.

Transaction Management

  • Manage property transactions from signed Form F (MOU) through to DLD transfer completion.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records, checklists, and status updates for every file.
  • Monitor progress against deadlines and proactively drive each stage of the transaction forward.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may delay completion.

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers after a deal is agreed.
  • Provide regular, proactive updates throughout the transaction process.
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Ensure clients remain informed, confident, and supported from contract to completion.

Developer & NOC Coordination

  • Apply for and follow up on No Objection Certificates (NOCs) with developers.
  • Track outstanding service charges and developer requirements.
  • Coordinate NOC appointments and ensure all required documentation is prepared and submitted correctly.
  • Maintain strong communication with developer representatives to avoid delays.

Mortgage & Banking Coordination

  • Liaise with banks, mortgage brokers, buyers, and agents throughout the financing process.
  • Track valuations, mortgage approvals, final offer letters, and settlement timelines.
  • Ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on schedule.
  • Proactively manage mortgage-related milestones to prevent transaction delays.

Trustee & Transfer Coordination

  • Schedule trustee office appointments and coordinate all transfer requirements.
  • Prepare transfer documentation and payment instructions.
  • Ensure all parties are fully prepared for transfer day, including required documents and funds.
  • Attend trustee offices when required and facilitate a smooth transfer process.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM and transaction tracking systems.
  • Prepare transaction status reports and updates for management.
  • Ensure every transaction file remains complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Follow company procedures and UAE real estate regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Based in Dubai and able to work onsite full-time.
  • Available to attend trustee offices and related appointments in person.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate transaction coordination, conveyancing, mortgage processing, sales progression, or similar experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Form F (MOU) procedures
  • Dubai Land Department (DLD) transfers
  • Developer NOC processes
  • Mortgage transactions
  • Trustee office procedures
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
