Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Dubai.

The Sales Professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of existing customers, and promote Technical Resources’ engineering products and services.

Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.

The role also involves coordinating closely with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.

The Sales Professional will be expected to track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in engineering, industrial products, plant hire, or related technical sectors.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, account management, and relationship building with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions, read basic technical specifications, and liaise effectively with engineering and service teams.
  • Competence in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports, with solid numerical and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other sales productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, managing time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market and a valid UAE driving license are strong advantages.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
