About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate brings an established client network within the events, decoration, and floral industries and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the events, wedding, corporate decoration, and flower-selling sectors.
- Leverage an existing clientele network to generate immediate sales opportunities and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with event planners, decorators, florists, and venue managers.
- Present products and services tailored to client needs, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories or locations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with operations and supply teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the events and floral sector.
- Provide feedback from the market to support product and service improvements.
Essential
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in events management, decoration, floral retail, or a closely related industry.
- An established and active clientele base within one or more of these sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts across various locations.
- Willingness to travel within the city or region as required.
Preferred
- Experience selling across multiple locations or territories simultaneously.
- Existing relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, corporate clients, or hospitality businesses.
- Knowledge of seasonal trends in floral arrangements, event styling, and decoration.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
