About This Role

Description

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
  • Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-selling and promotions execution.
  • Achieving his individual sales targets and supporting store performance
  • Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
  • Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards.
  • Ensure correct dispensing and product selection.
  • Process transactions accurately through POS system.
  • Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
  • Ensure full compliance with policies (no manual errors).
  • Maintain stock accuracy and product safety.
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across categories.
  • Verify prescription, lens specs, and frame alignment.
  • Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
  • Deliver zero-error orders and resolve issues before handover.
  • Work with team to achieve store targets.
  • Support colleagues and share product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure ethical handling of customers and insurance.
  • Maintain professional behavior aligned with brand standards.

Requirements Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills - Good understanding of insurance & POS systems - Ability to read prescriptions and ensure dispensing accuracy - Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets - Team player with accountability and positive attitude - Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock control

Experience 2–5 years in optical retail Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Optics or related field

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: SCFHS
