Sales Operations Support Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze sales validation for production and incentive calculations.
• Support implementation of new or revised banking products and services.
• Research and resolve banker inquiries across sales enablement platforms and digital tools, including Salesforce, nCino, virtual document signing, Seismic, document exchange, and appointment scheduling.
• Support deposit operations interest-rate exception requests and customer bonus research.
• Assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle and communicate complex operational functions accessibly.
• Address escalations and collaborate to resolve issues and process defects identified through inquiries.
• Facilitate communications across the segment and manage queue processing.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three to five years of related experience.

Preferred skills and experience

• Salesforce and/or nCino CRM proficiency; experience with Hogan and Fusion.
• Banking product or sales support experience; understanding of sales, operations, and support functions.
• Power BI or other data visualization tools; performance reporting and data analysis, including Excel and VLOOKUP.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; independent judgment and partner collaboration.
• Written and verbal communication, help desk support, and ability to explain complex operations accessibly.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and adapt to technology changes.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of at least three days per week and flexibility to work outside the office on other days.

Compensation

• Annual salary range is USD 75,905–89,300.
