Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and sales-driven professional to lead sales and oversee day-to-day operations at Etika Jewels.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by growth and results.

As a key representative of the brand, you will deliver an elevated client experience, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the continued expansion of Etika Jewels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, efficiency, and exceptional service standards
  • Drive sales growth through client engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Lead by example in sales performance and client interactions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a personalized approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand values and business goals
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, events, activations, PR initiatives, and social media content
  • Support collection launches and key brand moments with creativity and energy
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and solution-oriented
  • Represent Etika Jewels professionally and consistently across all client touchpoints

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Available to work Saturdays

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales, luxury retail, jewellery, or premium client services
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and luxury customer experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Based in the UAE

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 8,000 + commission on sales

Visa and medical insurance provided

Location

Office based in Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE.
