About Rugged Panku
Rugged Panku is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and support continued organizational growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, leading teams, and ensuring that company objectives are achieved effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise department managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to improve workflow and productivity.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and operational performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and operational best practices.
- Professional certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
