About the Position

The Luxury Group is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and oversee operational excellence within our luxury chauffeur services division.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong business development capabilities, exceptional client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of premium transportation and luxury service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation suitable for representing a luxury brand.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with VIP and corporate clients.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, luxury transportation, hospitality, aviation, concierge, or related premium service industries.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced business qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, luxury transportation, hospitality, aviation, concierge, or premium service sectors.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Luxury chauffeur and executive transportation services
  • VIP and corporate travel requirements
  • Fleet management and vehicle utilization
  • Airport transfers, event transportation, and private client services
  • Luxury customer service standards

Sales & Business Skills

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and proposal development.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, revenue management, and profitability analysis.

Operational Skills

  • Ability to coordinate effectively between sales, dispatch, chauffeur, and customer service teams.
  • Experience improving operational efficiency and service delivery standards.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.

Leadership Skills

  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong performance management and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience Working With

  • Corporate executives and decision-makers
  • Luxury hotels and hospitality partners
  • Private aviation companies
  • Corporate travel managers
  • High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients

Technical Skills

  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with transportation management and booking platforms.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network within luxury travel, hospitality, aviation, or corporate transportation sectors.
  • Knowledge of private aviation and concierge services.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer expectations.
