Two executive vacancies

Sales responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers across Horeca, foodservice, retail and food manufacturing, and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Approach prospective customers; present products, samples, quotations and proposals; and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer and market visits, work toward monthly sales targets, identify additional product opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Maintain sales records, follow up on customer requirements and service issues, and coordinate order fulfilment with internal teams.

Operations responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities, receive and verify goods, organise storage, and support picking, packing and order checks before dispatch.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory and stock-movement records; conduct physical stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation; follow food-safety and hygiene practices and report product issues.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and accounts; maintain warehouse cleanliness; assist with imports and deliveries; and support operational improvements.

Candidate qualifications

• Sales experience in B2B, Horeca, FMCG or food distribution is advantageous; freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may apply.
• Knowledge of the UAE Horeca or foodservice market is advantageous. A UAE driving licence is required for sales candidates.
• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, FMCG or food-distribution experience is advantageous; freshers with strong organisational skills may apply.
• For operations candidates, numerical and basic computer skills are sought. Inventory or ERP systems and FIFO/FEFO or food-storage knowledge are advantageous.
• Both roles call for reliability, responsibility, clear communication, initiative, willingness to learn and teamwork.

Pay and incentives

• Salary is AED 2,500–4,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the position.
• Performance incentives are offered for the Sales Executive position.

Location and work arrangement

• The roles are based in Dubai, UAE, and work location is in person.
