Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially driven **Sales & Operations Executive** with solid **accounting knowledge** to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This role bridges sales execution, operational coordination, and financial accuracy, ensuring smooth business processes and improved profitability.
Sales & Business Development
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets
- Manage client accounts, maintain relationships, and handle key customer queries
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion
Operations Management
- Oversee order processing from receipt through to delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and aligned with sales forecasts
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Handle supplier coordination and purchase order management
Accounting & Finance Support
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records for sales and operational transactions
- Coordinate with the finance team on accounts receivable and payable
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum **3–5 years’ experience** in a similar role combining sales, operations, and finance
- Strong understanding of **basic accounting principles** (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliation)
- Experience in **wholesale, distribution, or trading businesses** preferred
- Proficiency in **ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar)**
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
