Job Summary
Supports sales force through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting: Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision.
Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
System Administration: Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g. salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.
Data Analyses (Internal & external): Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources (e.g.
Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.).
Researches assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles and shares findings.
Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited supervision.
Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g. variances, projections, costing, bundling) where the tasks are well documented.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
• Market Visits & Field Operations
- Conduct daily market visits to retail outlets mechanics Reborer and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Identify and onboard new retail points to expand the brand’s market footprint.
• Distributor Coordination (Primary Sales)
- Liaise closely with distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment and achievement of Primary Sales targets.
- Manage distributor inventories and ensure they maintain adequate stock levels based on market demand.
• Driving Secondary Sales
- Work directly with retailers to generate demand and drive Secondary Sales (Distributor to Retailer).
- Implement and monitor promotional schemes at the ground level to boost sell-out.
• Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain detailed records of sales, stocks, and market feedback using Microsoft Excel .
- Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly sales trackers to monitor performance against targets.
- Performance Presentations:
- Create professional presentations in PowerPoint or Excel to review sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Present findings and strategic updates during review meetings with the Sales Manager and Head Office (HO) .
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Presentation: Must be well-presented with strong interpersonal skills and a professional grooming standard, as you are the face of the brand in the market.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with both distributors and corporate office.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to hit targets and a deep understanding of the distribution model (Primary vs. Secondary sales).
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory for market visits.
