Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Operations Executive** to manage daily office operations, sales coordination, inventory, and basic finance tasks.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in **Zoho CRM**, order processing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration, calls, emails, and supplies
- Process sales orders and maintain records in **Zoho CRM**
- Coordinate deliveries, couriers, and track orders
- Manage client communication, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Monitor stock levels, prepare orders, and manage inventory
- Track invoices, payments, and petty cash
- Follow up on outstanding payments (accounts receivable)
- Support purchase orders, shipments, and supplier coordination
Requirements
- Experience in **operations / admin / sales coordination**
- Proficiency in **Zoho, Excel, Microsoft Office**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of **inventory management & accounting**
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 45.0 per week
