Cazzalina is a growing commercial furniture solutions provider specializing in indoor, outdoor, and hospitality furniture.
Role Overview
We are looking for a **Sales & Operations Coordinator** responsible for **driving sales and supporting company operations**.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling both client-facing and operational responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities (contractors, interior designers, hospitality clients, etc.)
- Conduct calls, emails, and site visits to acquire new clients
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and close deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for pricing and production
- Manage RFQ → Pricing → Order → Delivery workflow
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Support project coordination and client communication
- Handle additional operational tasks as required by management
Requirements
- **Minimum 1 year UAE sales experience (mandatory)**
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills**
- **Minimum Bachelor’s Degree**
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Preferred Qualifications
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Highly Preferred)**
- **Own vehicle (added advantage)**
- **Own visa (preferred but not mandatory)**
- Experience in furniture / interiors / lighting / construction industry is a plus
