  • Own defined project workstreams from planning through delivery, coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and communicating progress or blockers to keep cross-functional initiatives moving.
  • Improve recurring sales processes by documenting best practices, maintaining data quality, and identifying reporting, tooling, or training needs.
  • Use approved AI tools and automation to make recurring analysis and workflows more efficient, validating outputs for accuracy and usefulness.
  • Combine internal performance data with external market intelligence to help identify advertiser opportunities and inform account and customer segment prioritization.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets to organize data, check accuracy, and draw clear business conclusions.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, take ownership of defined workstreams, and follow through on commitments while seeking input when needed.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving environment, with sound judgment about priorities and the ability to surface risks or blockers early.
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to audiences with different levels of analytical expertise.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners, approaching questions with curiosity, responsiveness, and empathy.
  • Interest in digital advertising and media, and curiosity about how advertisers use Snap to achieve their business goals.
  • Attention to detail and a practical approach to improving processes; willingness to learn and apply approved AI tools while checking their outputs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data visualization platforms such as CRM Analytics, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
