**About the Role:** Aspire Books is looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Associate to join our retail team.

We are a multi-service business that combines a traditional bookstore with stationery services, professional printing, and a branded toys .

We are seeking an active individual who has a genuine motive for sales and a passion for customer service.

Manage daily sales operations in the bookstore and stationery sections.
Operate printing and scanning equipment for customer service requests.
Drive sales in our Toys & Hobbies department, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop floor.
Identify upselling opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Experience:** Previous professional experience working in a bookstore or stationery shop
**Specialization:** Proven experience or strong knowledge in the **Toys and Hobbies** field.
**Skills:** Proficient in printing/copying services and basic computer operations.
**Attitude:** Highly active, energetic, and motivated by sales targets.
