Sales & Operations Associate (Books, Stationery & Toys)
Job Description
About the Role: Aspire Books is looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Associate to join our retail team. We are a multi-service business that combines a traditional bookstore with stationery services, professional printing, and a branded toys . We are seeking an active individual who has a genuine motive for sales and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales operations in the bookstore and stationery sections.
- Operate printing and scanning equipment for customer service requests.
- Drive sales in our Toys & Hobbies department, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop floor.
- Identify upselling opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous professional experience working in a bookstore or stationery shop
- Specialization: Proven experience or strong knowledge in the Toys and Hobbies field.
- Skills: Proficient in printing/copying services and basic computer operations.
- Attitude: Highly active, energetic, and motivated by sales targets.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month.
