Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Sales Officer** to join our growing renovation and fit-out company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from client acquisition and site visits to quotation preparation and contract signing — while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of interior renovation processes in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from social media, website, and call center, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs, take measurements, and gather project details
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals in coordination with the design and procurement teams
- Present proposals to clients, address objections, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site supervisors to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution
- Track and update all leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company CRM system (Komocrm)
- Contribute to marketing efforts by providing feedback from clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Attend networking events and build partnerships with brokers, real estate agents, and property managers
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a **Sales Officer / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive** in the **interior fit-out or renovation sector** (residential & commercial projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of **fit-out processes**, materials, and local market pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** (Kommocrm) and **Microsoft Office / Google Sheets**
- Fluent in **English**; knowledge of **Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic** is an advantage
- Valid **UAE driving license** and own car.
- Based in **Dubai**, with knowledge of major communities (e.g., Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, JBR, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
