Sales Officer - Interior Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing renovation and fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from client acquisition and site visits to quotation preparation and contract signing — while ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of interior renovation processes in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from social media, website, and call center, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs, take measurements, and gather project details
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals in coordination with the design and procurement teams
• Present proposals to clients, address objections, and close deals efficiently
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site supervisors to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution
• Track and update all leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company CRM system (Komocrm)
• Contribute to marketing efforts by providing feedback from clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Attend networking events and build partnerships with brokers, real estate agents, and property managers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Officer / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive in the interior fit-out or renovation sector (residential & commercial projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and local market pricing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Kommocrm) and Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Based in Dubai, with knowledge of major communities (e.g., Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, JBR, etc.)

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
