Lawhat is looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Sales Officer
to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role combines sales, client support, showroom assistance, and basic design coordination for our interior wall panelling products.
The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with customers, fluent in both Arabic and English, and able to assist clients by creating wall layouts using
Google SketchUp or similar design software
.
Experience creating realistic 3D renders for interior spaces is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist clients with product selection, pricing, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support showroom operations and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations.
- Create basic wall layouts for interior wall panelling using Google SketchUp or similar software.
- Assist clients in visualising wall panel designs, layouts, measurements, and product combinations.
- Create or support the creation of 3D realistic renders when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery updates, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales databases, project files, samples, and catalogues.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, showroom visits, and site visits when required.
- Support the sales team and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Assist with content creation when needed, including product videos, showroom content, behind-the-scenes videos, and company promotions.
- Help collect project photos, customer feedback, testimonials, and marketing materials.
- Perform other sales and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Fluent in
- Arabic and English
- β written and spoken.
- This is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales administration, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Previous experience in interior design, fit-out, furniture, building materials, wall panels, or construction materials is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in
Google Sketchup
- or similar interior design/layout software is required.
- Ability to create wall layouts, basic interior elevations, or panel design concepts.
- Experience creating realistic 3D renders is a strong advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable when dealing with clients.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
- Comfortable appearing in social media content when required.

Competitive Salary + Commission
Working Hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday at Lawhat Showroom
