Sales Officer

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Officers to join our growing credit card sales team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in banking or credit card sales will be given preference.

· Promote and sell credit card products to individual clients.

· Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

· Approach potential customers through outdoor activities, cold calls, and referrals.

· Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

· Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements.

· Maintain strong product and market knowledge.

· Build and sustain good customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

· Submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader/Manager.

· Minimum qualification: High school or bachelor’s degree (preferred).

· Prior experience in credit card or banking sales is an added advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong sales attitude and target-driven mindset.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Good presentation and negotiation skills.

· Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.

· Fixed salary + Incentives structure.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
