Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Dubai.
The Sales Officer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and present suitable products and services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product presentations, and closing sales in line with company targets.
The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, supporting channel sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up.
The Sales Officer is expected to keep accurate records of interactions and sales operations data, adhere to compliance requirements, and contribute feedback to improve processes and offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including managing pipelines, tracking performance, and meeting sales targets.
- Experience with Channel Sales, collaborating effectively with partners or intermediaries to expand market reach.
- Knowledge of financial products or banking services in the UAE, with the ability to explain options in a clear and accessible manner.
- Relevant education in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
