Job Summary
Corporate 1948 is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present company solutions and provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing activities.
- Stay updated with company policies and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and highly motivated.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
