Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **B2B Sales Officer** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have experience in **dates, chocolate, flowers, perfumes, and gift products** sales, with strong knowledge of the UAE corporate and retail market.
The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B sales opportunities in corporate, retail, hospitality, and event sectors.
- Promote and sell dates and chocolates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Visit customers regularly for meetings, product presentations, and order follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify seasonal business opportunities such as Ramadan, Eid, National Day, weddings, and corporate events.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for timely delivery and order execution.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Submit daily sales reports and customer visit reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE sales experience in dates, chocolate and perfumes.
- Strong network of corporate clients, hotels, event companies, and retailers in UAE.
- Proven sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
