Job Desctiption

-The Sales Officer serves as the primary point of contact between the store and its customers.

The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs, providing appropriate technical solutions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

-Welcome and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.

-Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting suitable mobile phones, electronic devices, and accessories.

-Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product specifications, features, pricing, and usage.

-Present, promote, and sell products using effective sales techniques and solid product knowledge.

-Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives within the specified timeframes.

-Attract new customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

-Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, working to resolve issues in coordination with the Supervisor, and minimizing escalation to the Branch Manager whenever possible.

-Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Supervisor or Branch Manager in accordance with company procedures.

-Monitor and manage stock levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.

-Receive new products, ensure their condition, clean and prepare them, attach price barcodes, and display them according to store standards.

-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store and sales area at all times.

-Coordinate sales efforts with team members to maximize overall performance.

-Continuously improve performance through feedback, training, and self-development.

-Offer customers multiple product options and complementary items rather than focusing on a single product.

-Focus on meeting customer needs and delivering value, without prioritizing products based solely on commission.

-Stay updated on new products, technologies, and market trends in mobile phones and electronic devices.

-Comply with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
