Role overview
Promotes products, maintains displays, and ensures goods are stocked in retail stores.
Coordinates with store staff, monitors product availability, and supports sales through attractive product presentation.

Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned stores, deliver ordered products, and check availability and displays.
- Arrange products according to company standards and keep shelves clean, organized, and stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages; check expiry dates and remove damaged items.
- Coordinate placement and promotions with store managers and implement promotional materials.
- Collect market information and report competitor activity.
- Prepare daily sales and merchandising reports.
- Visit UAE-market outlets, identify new retailers, and generate orders and sales.
Required qualifications
- Two years of food and beverage sales experience and two years of merchandising or van sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple stores.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and physical ability to handle displays and stock.
- Valid UAE driving licence and car.
Preferred qualities
- Carrefour and Union Coop experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a positive, proactive attitude are preferred.
- Willingness to travel between stores is preferred.
Work environment
- Work takes place in retail stores, supermarkets, and shopping outlets, with travel between multiple locations.
- Work is in person; hours may be flexible depending on store schedules.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
