Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Membership Consultant to join our team on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

This role involves actively engaging with prospective members to understand their fitness needs, providing detailed information about our membership packages, and addressing any questions or concerns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, giving gym tours, assisting with membership sign-ups, following up with leads, and developing long-term relationships with members to ensure a positive experience.

The consultant will play a crucial role in promoting our club’s services and contributing to membership growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients professionally and empathetically
  • Strong sales acumen with proven success in lead generation, membership promotions, and achieving sales targets
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain gym offerings and membership options
  • General understanding of fitness concepts, gym equipment, and wellness programs (work-related experience in fitness is a plus)
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools for tracking client data and memberships
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
