Overview

Job Purpose (why): Drive B2B and institutional sales for alBeqsha by building relationships with schools, universities, and corporate clients across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Skills: outreach, relationship-building, B2B sales, proposal writing, follow-up, bilingual communication (Arabic and English preferred), self-motivated, results-driven and digital marking knowhow

Success Factor: A growing pipeline of institutional and corporate clients, consistent revenue from bulk gifting and cultural experience bookings, and strong long-term partnerships with schools and corporates.

Corporate & Institutional Outreach

  • Identify and approach schools, universities, and corporate clients for bulk gifting and cultural experience partnerships
  • Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations to pitch alBeqsha's products and experiences
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active prospects

Sales Execution

  • Prepare and send proposals and quotations
  • Follow up consistently until deal closure
  • Meet monthly sales targets set by the General Manager

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Collect feedback after each order or experience
  • Represent alBeqsha at relevant events and networking opportunities

Reporting

  • Update the General Manager on pipeline status and weekly activity
  • Track all leads and interactions accurately
