Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote Shibz’s products and services.
Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company policies.
The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with the creation of promotional materials, and participating in events or activities to increase brand awareness.
The specialist will also track sales and marketing performance, update reports and CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
In addition, the role includes providing product training and guidance to clients or team members as needed.
Role Overview
Shibz is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive business expansion, manage client partnerships, and elevate brand presence across the Abu Dhabi Emirate.
This dual field-and-office role requires an individual who can actively generate leads, deliver high-impact client presentations, support regional marketing campaigns, and provide product training. **A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory** to facilitate daily client visits and regional travel.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and addressing client needs professionally.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Sales Management and Training skills to support sales processes, coach team members, and deliver product or service training when required.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry or regional market.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
