Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager for our education institute.
The candidate will have full ownership and responsibility for sales and marketing operations, with a strong focus on student admissions, business growth, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions
- Build partnerships and business growth opportunities
- Handle client/student inquiries and follow-ups
- Manage and guide the sales team effectively
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Monitor performance and prepare sales reports
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the educational field
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Experience in partnership-based business development is an advantage
Compensation
- Salary + Incentives + Partnership Opportunity (based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
