Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial operations across the CIS and Russia region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and implementing effective marketing strategies for our cigarette brands.
Qualifications
- ONLY APPLICANTS WITH CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO RELATED EXPERIENCE ARE ACCEPTED
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and expand distributor, wholesaler, and key account relationships across CIS and Russia.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Lead trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Proven experience managing CIS and/or Russian markets.
- Fluency in English; Russian language proficiency is highly preferred.
