Easy Map Advertising is seeking a creative, results-driven, and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead the promotion of our products and services across multiple channels.
The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, driving affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, coordinating corporate communications, and implementing campaigns that generate leads and increase market awareness.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth channels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the Easy Map brand across all marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and communications.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and market positioning.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content calendars and coordinate content production.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online communities.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for Easy Map products and services.
- Coordinate online and offline promotional activities.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and measure ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and business networks.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that drive brand visibility and sales.
Corporate Communications
- Draft and manage company communications including press releases, newsletters, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Content Marketing
- Develop marketing content including blogs, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when required.
- Ensure content supports business objectives and brand positioning.
Lead Generation & Crm Support
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Track lead performance and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support revenue targets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website, social media, and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports for management on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnership development.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, advertising, mapping, or technology sectors is an advantage.
