Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) – Business Centre
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive for our Business Centre in Dubai.
Contract Terms
- Initial contract period of 6 months.
- Continuation, renewal, or permanent employment will be subject to performance and business results achieved during the first 6 months.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least any of these **(Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).**
- Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of generating new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in business centres, office leasing, real estate, or B2B sales is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell office spaces, virtual offices, and business centre services.
- Generate leads through networking, direct marketing, and client referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, office viewings, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Location:** Dubai, UAE
Only candidates with strong sales capabilities and a proven ability to generate business will be considered.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
