Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, sales execution, and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, target-driven, and eager to maximize their earning potential through performance-based rewards.
Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
