Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai for a Sales & Marketing Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research and planning, identifying potential clients, generating and converting leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Daily responsibilities include proactively following up with enquiries and prospects, building long-term relationships with customers, presenting service offerings, preparing quotations, meeting sales targets, and supporting business development efforts.

You will also develop tailored marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate closely with the team to achieve company growth objectives.

Consistent lead management, customer engagement, and after-sales follow-up will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Market Research and Market Planning strategies
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to strategically engage with clients
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to generate, convert, and close leads
  • Experience in customer relationship management and follow-up processes
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques to contribute to company growth
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently while achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive, detailing, aftermarket, or related industries is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work collaboratively in a results-driven setting
