Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s manpower solutions across target sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, responding to client inquiries, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets.

The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital and offline promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate service information and timely client support.

The Sales Marketing Executive will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve market reach and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Prior experience in manpower supply, staffing, or related industries in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added asset.
  • **Valid Qatar Driving licences**
