Role overview
Bombay Dental & Surgical is hiring a Dental Sales and Business Development Executive.
The role is based in Hyderabad and reports regionally through virtual coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Promote dental equipment, consumables, and training courses to dentists and students.
- Visit dental clinics, dental colleges, hospitals, and other customer locations.
- Generate and follow up on leads, recommend products, and close sales.
- Communicate with dentists and administrators about new and existing products.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
- Attend conferences, training workshops, and market development activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of sales experience is required.
- Pharmaceutical or dental sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum graduate qualification is required.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or a regional language are required.
- Candidates should be confident and proactive.
- An own vehicle is preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus incentives.
- Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and paid sick time.
Workplace and travel
- The work location is in person in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- The role includes travel for conferences, training workshops, and market development.
