- Sales & Marketing Executive – Business Development & Client Relations
- serves as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, providing professional guidance on Citizenship by Investment and global mobility solutions.
- This role combines client advisory, relationship management, business development, and portfolio management to deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through successful application submission.
- The successful candidate will cultivate long-term relationships, identify clients' unique objectives, recommend tailored solutions, and contribute to the company's sustainable commercial growth while upholding MMCE's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
- Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients through company-generated leads, referrals, networking opportunities, strategic partnerships, and personal business development initiatives.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' personal, family, and business objectives.
- Advise clients on suitable Citizenship by Investment and global mobility solutions tailored to their individual requirements.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities while maintaining consistent and professional follow-up.
- Prepare tailored quotations, commercial proposals, and service agreements.
- Achieve individual and departmental commercial objectives through ethical, consultative relationship management.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and client referrals.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their engagement with MMCE.
- Build trusted relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, discretion, and exceptional client service.
- Manage the complete client journey, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience from consultation through application submission.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates and proactively managing expectations.
- Handle confidential client information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Client Portfolio Management
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of prospective and existing client relationships.
- Coordinate closely with Compliance, Processing, Finance, and Management teams to facilitate efficient client onboarding and case progression.
- Ensure all client documentation and information are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities.
Strategic Business Development
- Represent MMCE professionally during exhibitions, conferences, seminars, networking events, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners, introducers, intermediaries, and corporate clients.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights into industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance client acquisition, service delivery, and overall customer experience.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare timely reports on client activities, pipeline development, and commercial performance.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability in all client interactions.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Management in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Luxury Services, Immigration Consultancy, Real Estate, or other client-facing advisory environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value client relationships is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
