Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries, including oil and gas, power, water, construction, and steel.
Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and creating structured market and account plans to achieve sales targets.
The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations, as well as managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
The Sales Marketing Executive will also coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in market planning and market research, with the ability to develop effective go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Solid marketing and promotional skills, including campaign support, brand positioning, and basic understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Previous experience in Structural Steel sales and or steel fabrication in oil and gas, power, water, or construction industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as required within the UAE, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
