Role Description
The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in client outreach and follow-ups.
The coordinator will help prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports, and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities.
Day-to-day tasks include organizing events, managing marketing content, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and tracking campaign performance.
The role also involves handling administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client relationship skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize sales events, coordinate campaigns, and manage timelines.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills to create clear and engaging sales and marketing content, including presentations, emails, and reports.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a diverse, fast-paced environment.
