We’re Hiring: Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) Sales Manager | SANY Saudi Arabia
SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager for our Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) division to lead sales operations in the Western Region , based in Jeddah .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong expertise in construction machinery sales and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive market.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive Truck Mounted Crane (Boom Truck) sales operations across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and client engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities , and identify new business opportunities
- Expand market share and strengthen SANY’s presence in the region
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with a strong focus on truck-mounted cranes, boom trucks, or similar heavy equipment
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market , particularly in the Western Region
Skills & Competencies:
- Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Flexible and willing to accept internal transfers and frequent business travel
