SkyNet X Solutions combines bilingual (EN–AR) execution with deep local market knowledge to support clients launching new projects, expanding into the Middle East, or scaling in the Web3, blockchain, and AI space.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing business across events, marketing, and community-building services.

The role involves managing and growing a pipeline of regional and international clients, building long-term relationships, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with SkyNet X Solutions’ portfolio.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to create tailored solutions, ensure accurate handover of signed projects, and track performance against revenue targets.

Daily responsibilities also include forecasting, reporting on sales metrics, monitoring market trends in Web3, blockchain, and AI, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored service offerings.
  • Background in events, marketing, or related services, with familiarity in areas such as event management, brand storytelling, social media, and community building.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in Web3, blockchain, AI, and technology-driven ecosystems, with the ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Comfort working on-site and engaging in regular in-person client meetings and networking activities in Dubai and the wider region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and CRM skills, with attention to detail and reliable reporting habits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to evolving
