Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Sports & Government sectors, located in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients within these sectors.
Responsibilities
include client relationship management, drafting proposals and contracts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
The role demands travel within the designated region for field visits and participation in industry events or trade shows.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills: Proven ability to develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets within Sports & Government sectors.
- Market Research and Business Development: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, generating leads, and creating effective business development strategies.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Sports and Government Sectors: Familiarity with the operations, requirements, and stakeholders in the Sports and Government domains is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Previous on-ground experience in sales and strategic partnerships is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to travel locally within Dubai for client meetings or industry events, as required.
