Overview

LE PEARL, a leading luxury hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for its Special Events department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve personal and team sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
