Position
: Sales Manager — Second Passport and Global Immigration Programs
Focus
: Convert qualified inbound leads into
signed retainer agreements
for Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and CBI programs.
This is a
high‑performance, conversion‑focused
sales role for an
aggressive closer
who thrives on targets and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- **Close sales**
- : Convert inbound leads and consultations into signed retainer agreements.
- **Client assessment**
- : Gather information from the client and work closely with an expert Canadian and New Zealand migration lawyer for the best options for the client.
- **Pipeline management**
- : Maintain and update all activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM; enforce follow‑up cadence until closure.
- **Client coordination**
- : Collect documentation, prepare intake packages, and coordinate with the processing team to submit the case in a timely manner.
- **Compliance**
- : Ensure all client communications and sales practices adhere to CICC, Canadian Law Society, and NZ Law Society code of ethics.
- **Performance reporting**
- : Deliver weekly pipeline updates and meet monthly KPIs.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- **Experience**
- : Minimum
- 5 years
- in immigration or second‑passport sales with demonstrable closing results.
- **Technical knowledge**
- : Deep understanding of
- Canadian PR pathways
- ,
- New Zealand skilled migration
- ,
- European residency programs

- Citizenship by Investment
- options.
- **Sales profile**
- : Proven
- mentality
- with high conversion ratios and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- **CRM proficiency**
- : Expert use of CRM for lead scoring, pipeline management, and reporting.
- **Communication**
- : Exceptional negotiation and objection‑handling skills; professional presentation to high‑net‑worth clients.
- **Compliance mindset**
- : Commitment to ethical practice and working with licensed consultants and legal counsel.
- **Languages**
- : English required; additional languages an advantage.
- **Education**
- : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Performance Metrics And Working Conditions
- **KPIs**
- : Monthly retainer signings; conversion rate from qualified lead to retainer; average deal value; CRM activity compliance (100% logging).
- **Targets**
- : Clear monthly revenue and conversion targets; commission tied to signed retainers and deal value.
- **Hours**

- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
