Role Description

The Sales Manager – Sauce role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates.

The person in this role will be responsible for managing and growing sales of sauce products by developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share in retail, foodservice, and industrial channels.

Day-to-day tasks include visiting customers, building and maintaining key client relationships, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

The Sales Manager – Sauce will analyze sales data, monitor competitors and market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

This role will also involve supporting marketing initiatives, participating in trade shows or customer events, and contributing to product development feedback based on customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food, sauce, or FMCG industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, key account management, and customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competence in sales planning, forecasting, and basic data analysis using spreadsheets or CRM tools to guide decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East food market, distribution channels, and trade practices; experience in the UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel regularly within the UAE (and possibly within the region), and manage a field-oriented schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
