Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time, on-site role.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This individual will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate contracts, and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Client Acquisition
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Customer Engagement
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Data-Driven Sales Techniques
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while working collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and an understanding of its unique sales processes
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
