Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Riyadh, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of office-based and work-from-home days.

The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting enterprise customers, qualifying opportunities, running product demos, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

The role involves building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

The Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their cybersecurity challenges, and position Athinex solutions to meet their needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and ensuring a consultative and compliant sales process aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong enterprise sales skills, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and deal closing in a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience with account management and relationship-building, managing complex stakeholder landscapes and long sales cycles.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, and risk management to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting, with a data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting, collaborating effectively with distributed teams and customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in sales or cybersecurity are an advantage.
  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software solutions in the Middle East region is highly beneficial.
