Lead sales activity and support revenue and growth objectives in the metal industries sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.
- Manage key customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align customer needs with operational capabilities.
- Maintain forecasts and reports; analyze market trends and participate in industry events.
- Contribute to sales strategies that strengthen the company’s market position.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or metal industries experience is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management, account management, and business development skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, prepare forecasts, and develop sales strategies.
- Negotiation, contract management, and pricing skills.
- Communication, presentation, interpersonal, team leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience working in or with the Saudi market; English proficiency required and Arabic is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel to customer locations as needed.
