Job Description
About us: "FR8" is a technology-driven logistics platform that connects shippers and verified truck owners across India to simplify and streamline long-haul truck bookings and freight movement.
Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the connection between customers with available loads and nearby truckers to ensure efficient dispatching.
Monitor shipment progress and provide accurate, timely status updates to customers.
Maintain strong, positive relationships with both customers and trucking partners to support smooth operations.
Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and optimize fleet utilization.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.
Proactively address any operational issues to ensure seamless end-to- end logistics flow.
10-20% HR responsibilities
