**Job Responsibilities:**

- Team handling experience in real estate industry

- Self-motivated person who is willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients

- Strong negotiation and selling skills with proven record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation ability.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.

- Identify new business opportunities, establish client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships.

- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including familiarity with local regulations and procedures.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

- Must hold a valid UAE driver's license and a car.

- Bilingual skills are a plus (excellent English language is a must)
