About The Role

OneLink Real Estate is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to play a key role in building and growing our Real Estate Brokerage division.

This role is ideal for a proven real estate leader with a successful track record of managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and consistently achieving sales targets within the Dubai real estate market.

We are looking for more than just a manager.

Someone who is passionate about the market, actively discusses new opportunities and project launches, motivates agents to perform at their best, and creates a positive, high-performance sales culture.

The successful candidate will lead from the front, inspire confidence, mentor agents, drive accountability, and create an environment where people are motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop real estate professionals.
  • Create a dynamic, energetic, and performance-driven sales environment.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Support agents throughout the sales process and assist with negotiations when required.
  • Drive both off-plan and secondary market sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
  • Keep the team updated on market trends, new launches, hot projects, and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service across the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Associate Director, or similar leadership role within a Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high-performing real estate sales team.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Energetic, charismatic, and motivational leadership style.
  • Ability to create a positive, high-performance sales culture.
  • Strong understanding of current market trends, developers, and project launches.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing successful sales professionals.
  • Ability to lead from the front and inspire teams through action, knowledge, and performance.
  • Candidates currently working as Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Associate Directors, or in similar leadership roles within Dubai real estate brokerages are encouraged to apply. High-potential professionals seeking to take the next step in their leadership career will also be considered.
  • RERA certification is preferred.

  • Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus an attractive override commission structure (depending on experience and track record).
